a short visit to Herne Bay’s old Pier we head out to look
at the Wind Farm at Kentish Flats before crossing the busy shipping
lane to reach the famous Shivering Sands Forts, home in the 1960’s
to pirate radio stations. After a close look we head east to see
the Red Sands forts where, weather and local traffic permitting,
we head through the towers for a totally unique perspective!!
