What is the breakdown of a Family Ticket?
A1; 2 adults and 2 children under 10.
Q2; Can babies and/or small children travel on the boat?
A2; Unfortunately babies cannot travel on the boat, and we recommend
that you check with us for small children. It is critical that
every child has a well fitting life jacket. The minimum body
weight is 20kg (3st 2lb) for a child's life jacket.
Q3; Is booking required?
A3; Yes, although it is possible to board from the ramp on the
day we suggest booking to avoid disappointment.

Is there any parking?
A2; Yes. Please click for Herne Bay or Whitstable parking info.
Q3; What clothes should I wear?
A3; We suggest that you dress in layers so that if the temperature
alters you can add or remove clothing. On rainy days or windy
days we suggest that you wear waterproof outer clothing including
trousers, as you will enjoy things more if you stay dry! Flat
shoes are recommended and should be capable of getting wet without
cause for concern.
